- "Software" means the patient management and appointment reminder software provided by DOCalert.
- "Service" means the patient management and appointment reminder services offered by DOCalert.
- "Doctor" means the healthcare professional using the Service and Software.
- "Patient" means the individual receiving medical care from the Doctor.
- "Subscription" means the recurring payment made by the Doctor to access the Service and Software.
- DOCalert offers various subscription plans for Doctors, including monthly and annual options. - Subscription fees shall be paid in advance, and payments are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions shall auto-renew unless terminated by the Doctor with a 30-day notice period.
- DOCalert reserves the right to cancel a subscription if the Doctor breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- DOCalert grants Doctors a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.
- Doctors shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Software without permission.
- DOCalert shall provide updates and maintenance for the Software.
- Patient Data Management: DOCalert shall provide a platform for Doctors to record patient data, including name, phone number, and next appointment.
- Appointment Reminders: DOCalert's executive call support team shall call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Growth Analysis and Support: DOCalert's growth analysis and support team shall help Doctors improve their growth and performance.
- Patient Review and Feedback: DOCalert shall collect patient reviews and feedback, and inform Doctors about their work.
- Rewards and Recognition: Doctors shall receive gifts or medals if every patient is happy with their treatment.
- Subscription fees shall be paid through a secure payment gateway.
- DOCalert reserves the right to change subscription fees with a 30-day notice period.
- DOCalert shall comply with Indian data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019.
- Doctors shall ensure patient consent before sharing personal data with DOCalert.
- DOCalert owns all intellectual property rights in the Software and Service.
- Doctors shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Software or Service without permission.
- DOCalert shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software or Service.
- Doctors shall indemnify DOCalert against any third-party claims.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- DOCalert reserves the right to terminate a Doctor's subscription if they breach these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon termination, Doctors shall cease using the Software and Service.
- DOCalert reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.
- Doctors shall be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
